這是中國遠大集團，在長沙興建的10層樓模組化建築（Modular building），組裝僅歷時28小時45分鐘。但此種建築，約有60%到90%會在工廠內完成，只在興建地進行最後組裝，因此可大規模縮短工程時間。
此種工法並非中國獨創，1967年加拿大蒙特婁為世界博覽會建造的「Habitat 67」，即為模組化建築，目前許多國家也都有類似的建築。
