佩服中華戰略學會張競老師眼尖，發現美國國務院在2/13修訂對台灣關係的論述。這真是美國政府非常重要的論述改變！
翻譯成大白話，其實就是「台灣的未來，由海峽兩岸人民共同決定」，而不是以往「由台灣2300萬人民自行決定」。不知道民進黨賴清德政府看到沒？還是看到卻裝傻、裝孬？

有誰注意到美國國務院修訂對臺關係論述？
美國國務院2月13日修訂【U.S. Relations With Taiwan
BILATERAL RELATIONS FACT SHEET】網頁內容
其中最重要變化就是下面內容：
We continue to have an abiding interest in peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait. We oppose any unilateral changes to the status quo from either side. We expect cross-Strait differences to be resolved by peaceful means, free from coercion, in a manner acceptable to the people on both sides of the Strait.
解讀如下：
1. 臺灣未來不是僅由在臺灣2300萬臺灣鄉親所能決定，而必須in a manner acceptable to the people on both sides of the Strait；這算不算從不支持臺獨轉化到反對臺獨？確實具有討論空間。
2. 美國國務院正式確認海峽對岸對於臺灣未來有發言權。
3. 其實這些政策論述算不算是對「兩岸互不隸屬」或是「中華人民共和國與中華民國互不隸屬」間接駁斥，其實亦有值得討論空間。

目前沒有已撰寫的回應，建議對其抱持健康的懷疑。
