接種 #BNT 第三劑後死亡：主動脈外膜廣泛發炎，導致主動脈剝離、心包填塞。

90歲日本男性，不菸不酒、無病史。接種 #BNT 第三劑2週後死亡。接種後曾因疲倦與呼吸急促就診與拿藥。屍檢發現主動脈剝離、淋巴性心外膜炎、主動脈管壁廣泛炎症。

死者的組織學檢查結果與接種後心肌炎相符。作者認為，本案死因可能是接種後的心包膜炎，引起主動脈壁脆弱化，而後導致心包填塞（註：心包累積大量液體壓迫心臟的情形）。
