1. 文中對於Huizenga醫師的療程描述錯誤。
Robert Huizenga醫師，確實在3月時以NMN雞尾酒療法，治療一名新冠肺炎重症病患，但經17天療程才順利出院，而非文中描述的「10天」，且當時胸部X光檢測仍顯示殘留部分雙側肺浸潤，尚未恢復至健康水平，Huizenga也並未宣稱該藥物可治癒新冠肺炎。

2. NMN其實是天然生成的體內物質，文中關於「逆轉衰老」等描述，均為營養品公司的廣告宣稱。由於FDA未將「衰老」歸類為一種疾病，難以進行臨床研究，目前NMN僅有相關動物試驗，並未有確切科學證據，證明此類營養補品對人類具抗衰老作用。
