Such unauthorized occupations are happening in Canada, China ( I just read a case where an old couple moved into an unoccupied house , changed the locks and refused to move even after two years of police warnings), and I believe also in Australia too. It’s the left wing liberal government inability to enforce the laws.

Seen a case where house owner hired enforcers to break into the occupied house, throw out all the stuff of the illegal occupiers to repo their property. Stupid judiciary also didn’t help when they proclaimed occupiers’ right against legal forced eviction . Best way is still use hired hands to repo the house. Many cases involved tenants who refused to move out and refused to pay rent. Other cases involved previous home owners after selling their properties refused to evacuate!!
