US Supreme Court Judgment:
Covid vaccines are NOT vaccines. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won his case against all pharmaceutical lobbies.
Covid-19 vaccines are NOT vaccines. In its decision, the Supreme Court confirms that the damage caused by Covid mRNA gene therapies is IRREPARABLE. As the Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States, there are no further appeals and all avenues of appeal have been exhausted.
In a statement, Robert F. Kennedy highlighted that this success was only possible thanks to the international cooperation of a large number of lawyers and scientists. It is clear that this decision constitutes an international precedent.
Especially in Switzerland, this ruling should have an impact, because Switzerland has a special position with its federal constitution. On the one hand, the Nuremberg Code is contained in article 118-B of the Constitution and, in Switzerland, the misuse of genetic engineering in humans is prohibited under article 119 of the Federal Constitution. This prohibition is complemented by article 230-A of the Swiss Criminal Code, which means that offenders risk a prison sentence of up to 10 years.
However, this historic judgment should also give pause to the rest of the world, because the Nuremberg Code has international validity and is also contained in Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
In the case of criminal charges, the Statement should refer to the Contergan scandal in order to give special weight to the importance of such charges or allegations.
German lawyer Rainer Füllmich and more than 100 other German lawyers are actively involved in these cases. None of the media talks about the issue, neither in Switzerland nor in Europe.
Unfortunately, it is almost mathematical that, in the case of a disruptive issue capable of altering the financial and economic plans of the powerful LOBBIES in the PHARMACEUTICAL sector, public opinion is not informed. We are in the middle of a promotional campaign aimed at encouraging people to get vaccinated and then re-vaccinated in light of the upcoming winter.
It is very likely that, if news of the historic trial does get out, it will do so belatedly, to allow the corrupt medical profession, aligned with the positions of the pharmaceutical lobbies, to make as much progress as possible with the vaccination campaign.
WE, therefore, INVITE all honest people of good will to give maximum publicity to this historic decision of the US Supreme Court, for our own good, but above all for the good of our children and grandchildren.... Let us not let the lobbyists irreparably ruin our health and put our lives in danger.
